摘 要:以油酸为原料,采用氧化法合成得到二羟基硬脂酸,进一步皂化得到一种表面活性剂二羟基硬脂酸钠,将其与传统捕收剂FS按适当比例复配后,对云南某难选胶磷矿以及湖北宜昌某中低品位磷矿分别进行常温粗选小试验,对比小试验结果与捕收剂FS的平行试验结果可知,加入适量该表面活性剂能有效提高已加浮选药剂的起泡性及载矿能力等,精矿品位和选矿效率明显提高,且能高效脱除氧化镁。该研究结果可为高效分选难选胶磷矿浮选药剂的开发提供参考。Dihydroxy stearic acid was synthesized from oleic acid using oxidation process and to be further treated by saponification to produce sodium dihydroxy stearate as a surfactant.The blend of this surfactant with a traditional collector FS at an appropriate ratio was applied in the bench scale roughing flotation tests of the phosphate rock mined in Yunnan province and a middle to low grade phosphate rock mined in Hubei province were carried out at room temperature.The comparison of results from the batch flotation test using the blend to test with the collector FS only show that addition of appropriate amount of the surfactant to the collector is likely to improve the foamability and mineral-carrying capacity of reagents added in pulp and results in a remarkable increase of the concentrate grade and higher flotation efficiency for removal of MgO.The results can be provided as a reference for the development of high performance of collectors for efficient beneficiation of the phosphate rock difficult to be upgraded.
