设施需求导向下的黄土丘陵沟壑区乡村生活圈划定研究

摘　　要：黄土丘陵沟壑区乡村聚落和人口分布分散,难以按照传统行政单元配套公共服务设施,亟需重构生活单元以指导设施配置。本文选取陕西省延安市延长县安沟镇为例,结合“生活圈”理论及生态文明建设要求,以村民设施需求及生态空间单元为依托,采用中心性评价、改进引力模型及GIS空间分析等方法创新性地划定“设施单元”与“流域单元”耦合的乡村生活圈。研究划定了安沟镇“初级生活圈—次级生活圈—综合生活圈”三级生活圈圈层,并提出各圈层设施配置策略。研究结果可为黄土丘陵沟壑区镇村体系优化及公共服务设施配置提供参考,指导乡镇层面国土空间规划开展。The rural settlements and population distribution in the loess hilly and gully area are scattered,and it is difficult to support public service facilities in accordance with traditional administrative units.It is urgent to restructure living units to guide facility allocation.This paper selects Angou Town,Yanchang County as an example,combines the theory of‘living circle’and the requirements of ecological civilization construction,based on the needs of villagers'facilities and ecological space units,and adopts methods such as centrality evaluation,improved gravity model and GIS spatial analysis to delimit the rural life circle coupled with‘facility unit’and‘watershed unit’.The study delineated the three-level life circle of‘primary life circle-secondary life circle-comprehensive life circle’in Angou Town,and proposed a strategy for the allocation of facilities in each circle.The research results can provide references for the optimization of the town and village system and the configuration of public service facilities in the loess hilly and gully area,and guide the development of land and space planning at the township level.
