摘  要:随着高比例新能源风电机组渗透率的不断提高,其接入电力系统对电网的安全稳定运行具有重要的影响,故建立精确的电磁暂态仿真模型对研究风电机组本身和并网系统的静暂态稳定特性尤为重要。基于现场低电压穿越实验实测数据,结合实际曲线确定双馈风电机组的动作特性及控制策略,采用改进的遗传算法对双馈风力发电机本体参数、风机功率控制参数以及低电压穿越保护装置Crowbar的电阻值进行参数辨识,并结合风机生产厂商提供的电气参数,建立了中国蒙西某风电场实际双馈风电机组的全运行工况下快速启动的精确电磁暂态仿真模型,可实现在全风速范围内,风电机组启动后1 s内快速进入稳定运行状态。最后通过数据比对验证了所提出的参数识别方法能够反映实际风电的关键特性,所建立的电磁暂态仿真模型准确无误,具有较好的实际应用价值。With the continuous increase in the penetration rate of a high proportion of wind turbines, after it is connected to the power system, it has an important impact on the safe and stable operation of the power grid. In a power grid with wind turbines, the establishment of an accurate electromagnetic transient simulation model is particularly important for the study of the static transient stability characteristics of the wind turbines and the grid-connected systems. In this paper, an accurate electromagnetic transient simulation model for fast start-up of a real doubly fed wind turbine in a wind farm in the western inner-Mongolia is established. Firstly, the field data of low voltage ride are obtained through experiment. Combined with the actual curves, the action characteristics and the control strategy of the doubly fed wind turbine are determined. Then the parameters of the doubly fed wind turbine motor, the fan power control and the resistance of crowbar are identified with the improved genetic algorithm. This model can realize the stable operation state of the wind turbines within 1 s after starting in the full wind speed range. Finally, through data comparison, it is verified that the proposed parameter identification method can reflect the key characteristics of the actual wind power, and the established electromagnetic transient simulation model is accurate and it has good practical application value.
