摘 要:文章基于某款搭载1.5L排量增压直喷汽油发动机的轻型乘用车,分别试验研究了不同车辆磨合工况及排气消声器内消音棉包裹塑料袋对整车颗粒物排放的影响。结果表明:对于0km车辆,磨合能有效降低PM的排放,对PN排放无明显影响;运用有断油情况出现的高速过渡工况磨合比用稳定的高车速磨合对整车的PM排放改善效果更好;安装去除消音棉塑料包裹袋的消声器能降低车辆的PM排放,对PN排放无明显影响。In this paper,the impact of particulate emission with different running-in conditions and plastic bag in muffler is studied based on a gasoline light-duty vehicle which with 1.5L TGDI engine.The test results show that:PM emission of new vehicle can be sharply decreased after running-in and PN emission almost without different;Running-in by high speed transient condition which with fuel cut has better effect on PM emission decrease than by steady high speed condition;Remove the plastic bags which out of the acoustic material in the muffler can decease PM emission,but almost without effect on PN emission.
