摘　　要：文章介绍了一种MPV车型与轿车及SUV车型焊装共线生产的技术方案。首先车身结构进行平台化设计,即各车型的分块形式、连接工艺、车身定位孔及输送孔等保持一致。在车身结构平台化设计的基础上,焊装生产线同步进行柔性化设计,使其可兼容不同种类不同级别的车型。通过对产品结构及生产线工艺装备等方面的设计优化,最终实现MPV车型与轿车及SUV车型焊装共线生产。This paper introduces a kind of technology solution for welding collinear production of MPV,cars and SUV.First of all,the platform of the body structure is designed,namely the pieces of each model,connection technology,consistent body positioning hole and feed holes,ect.On the basis of the platform body structure design,welding production line is designed to be flexible.This can make it compatible with different kinds and different levels of models.Based on the design optimization for the product structure and production line process equipment,finally the MPV,car and SUV can be welded in collinear production.
