摘　　要：汽车产业是实现中国制造2025的重要途径,而培养国际化人才是实现我国汽车强国梦的必经之路。针对当前职业院校汽车产业国际化人才培养过程中存在的问题,文章基于"精通检修、精准营销、精细管理"的人才培养理念,从构建课程体系、培养师资队伍、建设教学资源等方面对汽车产业国际化人才的培养进行了探索和实践。The automobile industry is an important way to realize the Made in China 2025,and the training of international talents is the only way to realize the dream of China's automobile power.In view of the problems which existing in the process of training international talents of automobile industry in vocational colleges.In this paper,based on the concept of"proficient in inspection and repair,accurate marketing,fine management",this paper probes into and practices the cultivation of international talents in automobile industry from the aspects of constructing course system,training teachers and building teaching resources.
