摘　　要：某出口车型背门亮条故障多起,故障形式单一,均为开裂。背门亮条开裂严重影响外观,文章将从设计、质量、装配、设备、包装等多个角度对该背门亮条开裂故障因素做出充分分析,并制定出有效措施,以解决此开裂问题。There are many faults on the back door strip of an exported vehicle.And all the faults are cracking.The cracking of the back door strip seriously affects the appearance.This paper will make a full analysis of the crack fault factors of the back door strip from the design,quality,assembly,equipment,packaging and other aspects,and work out effective measures to solve the crack problem.
