摘 要:目的:建立兽医免疫学研究性学习模式并对其实施效果进行评价。方法:从兽医学临床实践和科学研究的前沿问题中选择意义重大的问题开展研究,用本科教学大纲所规定的免疫学实验技术和大纲外必要的研究技术实施对所拟定项目的研究,从中获得免疫学新知识,并进行教学效果评价。结果:有94.54%的学生认为研究性学习可以培养团队精神,近89%的学生认为采用研究性学习模式可以增强他们的主动学习能力。90%左右的学生认为该模式可以加深对理论知识的理解与系统整合,近84%的学生认为该模式可以促进理论知识的应用。结论:研究性学习可培养学生的认知能力与发现能力,加强学生对免疫学基本知识的整合能力,而且有助于学生开展创新创业实践,并在实践中锻炼心智,增强理性思辨能力和社会担当能力,特别是在未来面对各种复杂问题做出有意义选择的能力。Objective:To develop the project-based learning model of veterinary immunology and evaluate its efficacy.Methods:Important problems selected from the frontier of both clinical setting and scientific research in veterinary medicine, and basic immunological techniques and other necessary research protocols were appropriately employed to carry out our program research in order to acquire new insight of immunology.Finally, the teaching efficacy was evaluated.Results:94.54% of the students thought that project-based learning can cultivate team spirit.Nearly 89% of the students thought that this mode can enhance their active learning ability;about 90% of the students thought that this mode can deepen everyone′s understanding and systemic integration of theoretical knowledge, and nearly 84% of the students thought that this mode can promote the application of theoretical knowledge.Conclusion:Project-based learning can cultivate students to recognize and discover, promote their ability of integrate basic knowledge of immunology, help students carry out innovation practice, train their mind in practice, strengthen the ability of critical thinking with reason and social responsibility, especially the ability to make meaningful choices while facing various complex problems in the future.
