社区矫正法实施后社区矫正工作风险防范问题探讨

摘　　要：《社区矫正法》已于2020年7月1日正式施行,这使社区矫正工作的风险出现新的变化。如何认识风险,降低和减少社区矫正工作风险,防范和化解风险,充分发挥社区矫正工作在社会治理中的更大作用,已成为新时期社区矫正工作面临的重要课题。从变化了的社区矫正工作形势出发,分析社区矫正工作中的风险类别,理出造成风险的原因,寻找防范化解风险的措施和途径,以保障社区矫正法出台后,各地社区矫正工作能够尽快按照社区矫正法的要求规范运行,推动社区矫正法的健康发展。New changes of risks in community correction have appeared with the enforcement of The Community Correction Law on July 1 st,2020.How to understand,reduce and minimize,prevent and resolve the risks in community correction,making community correction play a more important role in social governance are becoming important topics.Based on the changed situation,this paper analyzes the types of risks in community correction,summarizes the reasons of risks,and then tries to find out the ways and measures to prevent and resolve the risks,which is expected to be helpful for the community correction in the future.
