毛发毒检技术在司法行政戒毒工作中的应用探索

摘　　要：强制隔离戒毒场所对新入所戒毒人员建档时一般直接采用公安机关尿检结果作为是否吸毒和吸食何种毒品的判断标准,但在实际工作中这个标准存在诸多问题。为了更科学地开展毒品戒治工作,浙江省拱宸强制隔离戒毒所与浙江摩达生物科技有限公司合作开展了将毛发毒检技术引入到戒毒场所,有效解决了吸毒类型不清晰、毒品成瘾不分级、戒治方式不明确等问题,为智慧戒毒模式建设提供了科学依据。When establishing files for new drug addicts in compulsory isolated detoxification centers,the urine test results of public security organs are generally used as the judgment standard of whether to take drugs and what kind of drugs to take.However,there are many problems in the actual work of this standard.In order to carry out drug treatment more scientifically,Gongchen Compulsory Isolation Center of Zhejiang Province and Zhejiang Moda Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.have cooperated to introduce hair drug detection technology into drug treatment places,which effectively solved the problems of unclear drug types,non classification of drug addiction,unclear treatment methods and so on.It provides a scientific basis for the smart drug treatment model development.
