摘  要:为高效分离CO_(2),采用共混法制备了以PMDA-ODA型聚酰胺酸为前驱体、多级孔石墨碳(HPGC)为填料的混合基质炭膜。利用氮吸附对HPGC进行测试,探究了单一气体条件下HPGC的活化条件及其质量分数对混合基质炭膜分离性能的影响,结果表明,在活化时间为2 h、活化温度为800℃、KOH质量为1 g时,制备的HPGC掺杂混合基质炭膜表现出最优的气体分离性能。In order to separate CO_(2)efficiently,mixed matrix carbon membrane is prepared by a blending method with PMDA-ODA polyamic acid as precursor and hierarchical porous graphite carbon(HPGC)as filler.HPGC is tested by N2 adsorption,the effects of the activation conditions and mass fraction of HPGC on the separation performance of mixed matrix carbon membrane are investigated under a single gas condition.It is shown that the mixed matrix carbon membrane shows the best gas separation performance when the used HPGC is prepared under the following conditions:the activation lasts for 2 h,the activation temperature remains at 800℃,and the mass of KOH is 1 g.
