摘  要:通过光学显微镜及扫描电镜对探伤不合格的Q345R钢板进行金相组织及夹杂物分析,探究了钢板探伤不合格原因。结果表明:探伤不合格钢板中心部位存在着较严重的S、Mn、O等元素的中心偏析,同时钢板中心部位存在着严重的A、C类夹杂物偏聚现象,导致钢板中心部位产生了马氏体等异常硬相组织并在晶界产生了微裂纹,由此造成Q345R钢板探伤不合格。通过采取强化LF炉造白渣及软吹操作、恒拉速稳态浇铸工艺、铸坯堆垛缓冷工艺等措施,Q345R钢板探伤合格率得到了提高。The metallographic structure and inclusions of Q345R steel plate which failed to pass the flaw detection were analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results show that there are serious segregation of S,Mn,O and other elements in the center of the unqualified steel plate,and there are serious segregation of a and C inclusions in the center of the steel plate,which results in the abnormal hard phase structure such as martensite and microcracks at the grain boundary,which results in the unqualified flaw detection of Q345R steel plate.The qualified rate of Q345R steel plate has been improved by strengthening white slag making and soft blowing operation of LF furnace,steady casting process with constant casting speed and slow cooling process of slab stacking.
