摘 要:采用降低C含量、增加Mn、V合金元素含量等成分优化设计,调整加热炉中的加热温度和均热温度,降低轧制温度和精轧轧制速度等工艺措施,研究了河北津西钢铁集团有限公司小型H型钢生产线Q235C低温冲击韧性批次合格率较低的问题。结果表明,经上述调整之后,试验钢的晶粒度由7.5级增加到8.5级~9.0级,混晶现象明显减弱,屈服强度和抗拉强度均有所提高,伸长率略微降低,冲击功合格率明显提高。The Q235C steel low qualified rate of low temperature impact toughness of small H-beam production line of Hebei Jinxi Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.was studied by taking measures including to reduce C content,increase Mn and V alloy elements content,adjust heating temperature and soaking temperature in heating furnace,reduce rolling temperature and finishing rolling speed.The results show that after the above adjustment,the grain size of the experimental steel increases from 7.5 to 8.5~9.0,the mixed crystal phenomenon is obviously weakened,the yield strength and tensile strength are improved,the elongation is reduced slightly,and the qualified rate of low temperature impact toughness is improved obviously.
