轧制力对辊缝形状影响分析

摘　　要：采用有限元法建立1450 mm四辊轧平整机辊系变形模型,计算出轧制力变化对轧辊辊缝形状的影响。结果表明,轧制力对辊缝形状是有影响规律的,轧制力对辊缝形状成正比变化。Roll deformation model of 1450 mm 4-roll skin pass mill was simulated by finite element method.With this model,the effect of the bender on shape of roll gap was calculated.The results show that the rolling force have influences on the shape of roll gap,the force have direct proportion influences on the shape of roll gap.
