对普通医学院校本科生免疫学教学的几点体会与思考

摘　　要：医学免疫学作为基础医学课程中重要的一门学科,知识体系更新快、逻辑性强、内容抽象复杂,学生普遍反映晦涩难懂。针对这一特点,作者结合近年来在免疫学课程教学和教材编写中的思考与体会,从免疫学理论课堂教学、实验教学、课程评价方法的三大改革层面对普通医学院校本科生免疫学教学提出几点建议,以期提高普通医学院校本科生免疫学课程的教学质量。Medical immunology is an important subject in basic medical courses,which is characterized by rapid updating of its knowledge system,strong logic,abstract and complex contents. Students complain that Immunology is difficult to understand. Aiming at this characteristic,the authors put forward several suggestions of general medical colleges undergraduate immunology teaching from the respects of theory class teaching,experimental teaching,curriculum reform of evaluation methods,basing on the immunology course teaching and textbook writing in recent years,in order to improve the general medical colleges undergraduate immunology course teaching quality.
