摘 要:胸腺微环境是决定T细胞增殖、分化和选择性发育的重要条件。胸腺上皮细胞(TECs)是胸腺微环境最重要的组分。已有研究报道调控TECs发育分化的相关信号通路,本文从细胞内分子NF-κB及其信号通路、细胞外信号分子Bmp、Wnt、Shh、FGF及其相应信号通路和其他类信号通路RA、Notch等3个方面阐述了不同的信号通路对TECs发育分化的作用。明确以上信号通路对TECs作用,将有助于寻找合适靶点促进退化TECs的增殖,从而促进衰老胸腺的重建。Thymic microenvironment is an important condition that determines to the proliferation,differentiation and selective development of T cells.Thymus epithelial cells(TECs)are the most important components of the thymic microenvironment.Nowadays the signaling pathways that regulate the development and differentiation of TECs has been clarified clearly.Here,the effects of different signaling pathways involved in the development and differentiation of TECs are illustrated.The signaling pathways include intracellular molecule NF-κB and its signaling pathway,the extracellular signal molecules Bmp,Wnt,Shh,FGF and their corresponding signaling pathways and other signaling pathways RA and Notch.Confirming the effects of these signaling pathways on TECs will contribute to finding the appropriate targets to promote the proliferation of degraded TECs and thus facilitating the reconstruction of the aging thymus.
