摘　　要：从1921到2021年,中国共产党走过了整整一百年的历程。百年征程中,中国共产党人始终抓住反贫困这一主题,并将其融入、贯穿于实现现代化的全过程。从刚成立时面对物质资料极度匮乏条件下反贫困的艰难起步,到新中国成立后在计划经济体制下通过广义反贫困实现减贫事业翻天覆地,从改革开放时期逐步建立常态化反贫困工作机制实现减贫事业日新月异,到进入新时代打赢脱贫攻坚战确保全面建成小康社会圆满收官,完整演绎了把人民至上作为始终坚守的根本立场和价值依归的中国共产党,始终聚焦反贫困,筚路蓝缕、砥砺前行,从“站起来”“富起来”再到“强起来”,消除绝对贫困,创造人类历史上前所未有的减贫奇迹,谱写了一部波澜壮阔的反贫困史。From 1921 to 2021,the Communist Party of China has gone through a hundred years.During the century-long journey,the Chinese Communists have always firmly adhered to the theme of anti-poverty and integrated it into the whole process of realizing modernization.From the beginning of the Communist Party's struggle to fight poverty under conditions of extreme lack of material materials.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,under the planned economic system,poverty reduction was achieved through broad anti-poverty programs.In the period of Reform and Opening_up,the Communist Party of China has gradually established a normalized anti-poverty work mechanism to achieve rapid changes in poverty reduction.And then entering the new Era,to win the battle against poverty and ensure the completion of building a comprehensive well-off society,the Communist Party of China has done a great job.This reflects the Communist Party of China regarding the people as its fundamental value.From"standing up","getting rich"to"getting stronger",the Communist Party of China has eliminated absolute poverty and realized an unprecedented poverty reduction miracle in human history.
