摘　　要：分析工程担保与工程担保资格审查的内涵,从信息经济学和博弈论视角剖析PPP项目重要决策对工程担保资格审查制度的需要。通过深度分析工程担保资格审查制度,全面说明该制度在建立PPP项目参与方信息传递桥梁,修正建筑市场信息不对称的不良状态,增进市场交易信用中的重要作用。Analyzes the connotation of engineering guarantee and engineering guarantee qualification review,and from the perspective of information economics and game theory,analyzes the need for the project guarantee qualification review system for important decisions of PPP projects.Through the in-depth analysis of the engineering guarantee qualification review system,it has fully explained the important role of the system in establishing the information transmission bridge of PPP project participants,correcting the bad state of information asymmetry in the construction market,and enhancing market transaction credit.
