双心护理干预在RFCA治疗心律失常患者中的实施意义及对护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究双心护理干预在心导管射频消融术(radiofrequency catheter ablation,RFCA)治疗心律失常患者中的实施意义及对护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年9月本院接收的88例心律失常患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施双心护理干预,将两组的干预效果进行比对。结果:观察组围术期知识知晓率、治疗总依从性、护理总满意率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、左室收缩末期内径均低于对照组,左室射血分数、心脏指数均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对进行RFCA治疗的心律失常患者实施双心护理干预可提升其围术期知识知晓率、治疗依从性,调整其心理状态,有利于促进心功能的改善和提升护理满意度。Objective:To study the significance of dual heart nursing intervention in patients with arrhythmia treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA)and the influence on nursing satisfaction.Method:A total of 88 patients with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given dual heart nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The perioperative knowledge awareness rate,treatment compliance and nursing total satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS,SDS score and the left ventricular end systolic diameter in the observation group,were lower than those in the control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction and heart index were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of double heart nursing intervention in patients with arrhythmia treated by RFCA can improve the awareness rate of perioperative knowledge,treatment compliance,adjust their psychological state,promote the improvement of cardiac function and nursing satisfaction.
