巴氏腺囊肿患者应用改良式低位巴氏腺囊肿造口术治疗对其引流条留置时间与切口长度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨巴氏腺囊肿患者应用改良式低位巴氏腺囊肿造口术治疗对其引流条留置时间与切口长度的影响。方法:选取2017年4月-2020年2月本院收治的巴氏腺囊肿患者60例。根据手术方式的不同将其分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组应用传统巴氏腺囊肿造口手术治疗,研究组应用改良式低位巴氏腺囊肿造口术治疗。比较两组引流条留置时间、切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、满意情况、治疗7 d后生活质量、治愈率、性交痛发生率及复发率。结果:研究组引流条留置时间、切口长度、术中出血量及手术时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗7 d后总体健康、身体疼痛、精力、生理功能、社会功能、精神健康、生理职能、情感职能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治愈率高于对照组,性交痛发生率及复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:巴氏腺囊肿患者治疗过程当中,应用改良式低位巴氏腺囊肿造口术治疗可以减小切口长度,同时降低引流条滞留时间,临床应进一步推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of modified low-level fistulization of Bartholin gland cyst on the retention time of drainage strip and incision length in patients with Bartholin gland cyst.Method:A total of patients with Bartholin gland cyst admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to February 2020 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group according to different surgical methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional fistulization of Bartholin gland cyst,and the study group was treated with modified low-level fistulization of Bartholin gland cyst.The indwelling time of drainage strip,incision length,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,satisfactory condition,quality of life after 7 d of treatment,cure rate,incidence of dyspareunia and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The retention time of drainage strip,incision length,intraoperative blood loss and operation time in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of overall health,physical pain,energy,physical function,social function,mental health,physical function and emotional function in the study group were higher than those in the control group after 7 d of treatment(P<0.05).The cure rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and incidence of dyspareunia and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of patients with Bartholin gland cyst,the application of modified low-level fistulization of Bartholin gland cyst can reduce the incision length and the retention time of drainage strips,which should be further promoted in clinical practice.
