摘 要:目的:探究膜诱导技术对下肢感染性骨缺损患者局部循环及骨愈合的影响。方法:选取2017年10月-2019年10月本院的90例下肢感染性骨缺损患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(传统治疗)和观察组(膜诱导技术),每组45例。比较两组的骨愈合效果、关节功能、手术前后的局部循环指标及骨愈合相关指标。结果:术后3、6个月,观察组的骨愈合效果优良率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、6个月,观察组的关节功能优良率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组的局部循环指标及骨愈合相关指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6周,观察组的局部循环指标及骨愈合相关指标均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膜诱导技术对下肢感染性骨缺损患者局部循环及骨愈合的改善作用较好,在下肢感染性骨缺损患者中的应用价值相对较高。Objective:To investigate the influence of membrane guided technology for local circulation and bone healing of patients with infectious bone defect of lower extremity.Method:A total of 90 patients with infectious bone defects of lower limbs in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(traditional treatment)and observation group(membrane guided technology),45 cases in each group.Bone healing effect,joint function,local circulation,bone healing related indexes and related indexes of bone healing before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:3 and 6 months after operation,the excellent and good rates of bone healing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after operation,the good rate of joint function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there were no significant differences in local circulation indexes and bone healing indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),6 weeks after surgery,the indexes of local circulation and bone healing in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improvement effect of membrane guided technology for local circulation and bone healing of patients with infectious bone defect of lower extremity are better,and its application value in the patients with infectious bone defect of lower extremity is relatively higher.
