痰热清注射液佐治儿童热哮急性发作时的临床疗效及对肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨痰热清注射液佐治儿童热性哮喘(热哮)急性发作的临床效果及对肺功能的影响。方法:将100例已确诊为热哮证的患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用痰热清注射液静滴治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的肺功能(FEV_(1)、PEF及MMEF)及治疗后的中医证候情况、哮喘控制情况、安全性。结果:治疗后,在中医证候方面,治疗组的咳嗽、喘促、尿黄及脉数的消失率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的FEV_(1)、PEF、MMEF占预计值百分比均高于治疗前,且治疗组FEV_(1)、PEF占预计值百分比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液治疗儿童热哮发作,效果良好,改善部分临床症状和肺功能,临床可推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of acute attack of children’s heat asthma and its influence on lung function.Method:A total of 100 children with heat asthma were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,the treatment group was treated with Tanreqing Injection on the basis of routine therapy.The lung function(FEV1,PEF and MMEF)before and after treatment,TCM syndrome,asthma control and safety after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,in TCM syndromes,the disappearance rate of cough,dyspnea,urine yellow and pulse number in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the percentages of PEF,FEV1,MMEF in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the percentages of FEV_(1)and PEF in the treatment group were significantly higher than those the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing Injection has a good effect in the treatment of children with heat asthma and can improve some clinical symptoms and lung function,it can be popularised and applied clinically.
