摘 要:为提高球扁发射药弧厚一致性进而提高发射药装药的弹道一致性,采用水力分级技术进行球扁发射药黄药水力分级技术研究。在现有发射药水筛工艺的基础上开展水分离技术分析,形成水筛加水力分离器的发射药黄药筛分工艺技术。结果表明:与原工艺相比,药粒直径标准偏差能减小35%,分布范围能缩小31%;弧厚标准偏差能减小47%,分布范围能缩小24%,球扁药的尺寸一致性得到大幅提升。In order to improve the consistency of the arc thickness of the oblate spherical propellant and thus the ballistic consistency of the propellant charge,hydraulic grading technology is used to study the hydraulic grading technology of the semi-finished oblate spherical propellant.On the basis of the existing propellant water sieve technology,the analysis of water separation technology is carried out to form a water sieve plus a hydraulic separator for semi-finished propellant screening technology.The results show that compared with the original process,the standard deviation of particle diameter can be reduced by 35%,and the distribution range can be reduced by 31%.The standard deviation of arc thickness can be reduced by 47%,and the range of distribution can be reduced by 24%.Consistency has been greatly improved.
