摘　　要：永租权是帝国主义以不平等条约为基础形成的法外特权,是他们侵略中国的武器和见证。永租权及不平等条约侵犯了中国主权,必须彻底废除。南京国民政府对永租权加以调整限制,而中国人民在中国共产党的领导下,彻底废除了永租权及一切不平等条约,开辟了中国历史的新纪元。The right of permanent lease is an extrajudicial privilege formed by imperialism based on unequal treaties,and it is also the weapon and witness of their aggression against China.The right of permanent lease and unequal treaty infringe upon China's sovereignty and must be abolished completely.Nanjing National Government has adjusted and restricted the right of permanent lease,and the Chinese people,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,have abolished the right of permanent lease and all unequal treaties completely,opening up a new era of Chinese history.
