档案数字化加工场地的规范化探析

摘　　要：由于国内档案数字化标准规范较少涉及档案数字化加工场地的规范化,我国大部分数字化加工场地都面临环境标准、操作制度、结构模式、应急预案、政策支持方面的问题。为保障档案数字化工作安全开展,建议从制度与场地两方面对档案数字化加工场地进行规范化管控。As domestic standards and norms for the digitisation of Archives rarely deal with the standardisation of archival digitisation processing sites,most of China's digital processing sites face problems with environmental standards,operating systems,structural models,emergency plans and policy support.To ensure the safe digitisation of Archives,it is suggested to standardize the management and control of Archives digital processing site from two aspects of system and site.
