摘　　要：本文阐述少数民族乡规民约档案文献乡村治理价值,分析滞后问题,提出转化创新发掘对策。通过道德教化、法律化转化和创新性实践等方式发掘利用少数民族乡规民约档案文献,对开展乡村社会治理,推进边疆民族地区稳定发展有现实意义。This article elaborates on the value of rural governance in ethnic minority township regulations and documents,analyzes lagging issues,and proposes transformational,innovative and excavating countermeasures.The excavation and utilization of ethnic minority township rules and folklore archives and documents through moral education,legal transformation,and innovative practice are of practical significance to the development of rural social governance and the promotion of stable development in border ethnic areas.
