摘 要:辅助生殖技术(ART)领域进展迅速,由于临床实践中操作步骤繁琐,如分选精子,卵母细胞的选择,体外受精,胚胎培养,胚胎的监测等,所以在效率和临床决策方面仍有进一步改进的需求。微流控技术既是技术手段也是一门科学,它是在亚微升水平研究流体的行为特征。其检测系统管道及检测终端具有极大灵活性,可适用于不同的检测目的,其检测精度高的同时节省样本量,具有高度集成性特征,与辅助生殖实践中的检测需求相匹配。应用微流控技术可以评估精子,卵母细胞和植入前胚胎结构功能和环境等基本生物学信息,并据此给予准确有效的应对方案和临床决策。基于上述内容,本文中我们就微流控技术在辅助生殖上的应用作一综述,以期推进微流控技术在生殖领域的应用和完善。The field of assisted reproductive technology(ART)has made rapid progress.Due to the complicated procedures in clinical practice,such as sperm sorting,oocyte selection,fertilization,embryo culture and embryo monitoring,there is still a need for further improvement in efficiency and clinical decision-making.Microfluidic technology is not only a technical means but also a science,which studies the behavior characteristics of fluid at the sub-microlevel.The pipeline and detection terminal of the detection system have great flexibility and can be applied to different detection purpose.It has high detection accuracy and saves the size of samples.It has the characteristics of high integration and matches the detection needs in the practice of assisted reproduction.The application of microfluidic technology can evaluate the basic biological information such as the structure,function and environment of spermatozoa,oocytes and preimplantation embryos,and make accurate and effective coping plans and clinical decisions.This paper reviews the application of microfluidic technology in assisted reproduction,in order to promote the application and improvement of microfluidic technology in the field of reproduction.
