摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术联合鼻骨骨折整复术对鼻骨骨折患者鼻腔结构对称性的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月医院收治的93例鼻骨骨折患者作为研究对象,采用数字奇偶表法分为对照组(45例)与试验组(48例)。对照组行鼻骨骨折整复术治疗,试验组在对照组基础上行鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术治疗,比较两组临床疗效及鼻腔结构对称性。结果术后,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组鼻外形、鼻通气功能、嗅觉障碍评分均低于术前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组鼻腔最小横截面积、鼻腔容积及鼻总呼气量均大于术前,且试验组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术联合鼻骨骨折整复术治疗鼻骨骨折患者的临床疗效显著,可提高患者的鼻腔结构对称性。Objective The effects of nasal septum correction combined with nasal fracture restitution on the symmetry of nasal cavity structure were explored.Methods A total of 93 patients with nasal fracture admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(45 cases)and an experiment group(48 cases)based on odd and even method.The control group was treated with nasal bone fracture reduction,and the experimental group was treated with nasal septum correction under nasal endoscope on the basis of the control group,the clinical effects and symmetry of nasal cavity structure were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The postoperative scores of postoperative nasal appearance,nasal ventilation function and olfactory dysfunction of the two groups were both lower than those before operation,and the scores of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The postoperative minimum crosssectional area,nasal volume and total nasal expiratory volume of the two groups were both larger than those before operation,and those of the experiment group were larger than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nasal septum correction combined with nasal fracture restitution can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and the symmetry of the nasal cavity structure in patients with nasal fracture.
