摘　　要：该文主要通过对医院医用耗材的基本情况分析,重点介绍医院医用耗材的常见类型和使用情况,阐明医院医用耗材管控领域发展现状,着重说明管控工作的不足,包含采购环节把关不严格、使用环节不规范、计价收费过于随意、零库存管理模式不完善以及不具备独立的管理体系,论证内部控制在医院医用耗材管控领域的重要性,并提出科学可行的实践应用策略,为不断提升医院医用耗材管控水平、强化内部控制工作实施效果提供借鉴和参考。This article mainly started from the current situations of medical consumables in hospitals to focus on the common types and usage.Then,the development status in the feild of management and control of medical consumables in hospitals were elaborated,emphasizing the lacks of management and control,which included unstrictly procurement,unreasonable use,randomly pricing,imperfect zero-inventory management mode and lack of independent management system of medical consumables.Further,the importance of internal control in the field of management and control of medical consumables in hospitals were demonstrated and feasible and scientific application strategies were put forward to provide references for improving the management and control level of medical consumables in hospitals and strengthening the application effects of internal control.
