摘　　要：该文分析了培养创新型科技人才的必要性,指出大学生科技竞赛活动是高校培养科技创新人才的有效途径,并从高校大学生科技竞赛平台资源建设、多层次科技竞赛参赛体系规划和高校大学生科技竞赛组织参赛流程三个方面出发,探讨高校大学生科技竞赛活动的组织管理模式,为对我国高校大学生科技竞赛活动组织管理模式的研究提供了有益参考。The necessity of training innovative scientific and technological talents is analyzed in this paper.Scientific and technological competition for university students is regarded as an effective way for universities to train innovative scientific and technological talents.In this paper,the organization and management mode of scientific and technological competition for university students is discussed in the following three aspects:the construction of platform and resources for scientific and technological competition,the participation system planning of multi-level scientific and technological competition,and the organization and participation process of scientific and technological competition for university students.This paper will provide guideline for the research on the scientific and technological competition for Chinese university students.
