摘　　要：教务管理是高校教育管理中的重要环节,也是衡量教学质量的一个重要指标。在当前形势下,独立学院要想在竞争中求发展,就必须提升教务管理水平和教务管理效率。金陵学院面向教务管理工作主要服务对象,重点围绕学院教学管理状况、教务管理系统、考试情况、课堂纪律等问题设计调查问卷,以调查问卷结果为依据,分析现有的教务管理状况并提出改进方案,制定具体的改进措施,力争提升独立学院教务管理水平。Educational administration is an important link in the education management of colleges and universities,and it is also an important indicator to measure the quality of teaching.Under the current situation,if independent colleges want to develop in the competition,they must improve the level and efficiency of educational administration.To this end,oriented to the main service objects of educational administration,the writer’s college designed a questionnaire focusing on the status quo of educational administration teaching management,the system of educational administration,the situation of examination,and classroom discipline of the college,analyzed the existing educational administration based on the results of the questionnaire,proposed improvement plans and formulated specific measures,in order to improve the level of educational administration in independent colleges.
