摘　　要：警察行使职权具有强制性,在纷繁复杂的执法实践活动中,武力控制手段极易产生适用不当的问题。从警务实战与教学训练角度审视,执法冲突与对抗的基本规律反映了武力控制手段适用的本质特征。联系实际充分理解战术原则的指导价值,从思想上认清武力控制手段的适用方法策略,对警察自我规制、有效提升执法战斗力、加快推进执法规范化建设具有重要的意义。The exercise of power by the police is compulsory,and the use of force control methods in complex law enforcement practices can easily lead to improper application.From the perspective of police actual combat and teaching and training,the basic laws of law enforcement conflicts and confrontations reflect the essential characteristics of the application of force control methods.Fully understanding the guiding value of tactical principles in connection with reality,and understanding the application methods and strategies of force control methods from an ideological perspective,are of great significance to police self-regulation,effectively enhancing the combat effectiveness of law enforcement,and accelerating the standardization of law enforcement.
