摘　　要：2021年初,河北省、黑龙江省、吉林省等多地相继出现了新冠肺炎聚集性疫情,有多个中高风险地区,成为全国"高度关注区域"。其特点是主要波及农村地区或城乡结合部,与人群聚集性活动有明显关联,在同一省份或城市出现多条传播链;同时隐匿性强、扩散范围广、传播较快。河北省人民医院地处此次疫情被社会广泛高度关注的石家庄市,面临了更严峻、更复杂的形势。作为三甲综合医院应战以实践为基础,针对遇到的新问题和薄弱环节进行再完善、再强化。如:对4类"人"实现了闭环管理"硬隔离",把好6道"门",管好6个"人",医院最大限度降低门诊和病区人员聚集率,进一步提升医务人员临床救治能力、防控能力和提高自身防护水平,"四拳并重,两手抓,两手都要硬",确保4个"零"等。综合医院的防控工作有了空前的提升和历史上的飞跃。今后要在此基础上,继续将各项制度再落细、落实,使防控工作更加科学、精准、有序。Recently,COVID-19 cluster epidemic has been reported in Hebei,Heilongjiang,Jilin provinces and many other places.There are several medium and high risk areas,which become highly concerned regions in China.Its characteristics are mainly affected to rural areas or urban-rural fringe zone,and related to crowd aggregation activities.There are multiple communication chains in the same province or city.At the same time,it has strong concealment,wide spreading range and fast spreading.Hebei General Hospital is located in Shijiazhuang City,where the epidemic situation is highly concerned by the society and faces a more severe and complicated situation.As the basis for the practice of the tertiary A comprehensive hospital,it has been improved and strengthened in response to new problems and weak links,for example:realizing the closed-loop management and"hard isolation"for"four kinds of people";taking good care of the six"doors"and manage the six"persons";minimizing the personnel aggregation rate of outpatient and ward;further enhancing the clinical treatment ability,prevention and control ability and the self-protection level of medical staff,"paying equal attention to four punches","doing two jobs at once and attaching equal importance to each other",and ensuring"four zeros",etc;so that the prevention and control work in the comprehensive hospital achieves an unprecedented promotion and a historical leap.In the future,on this basis,we will continue to refine and implement various systems,and make the prevention and control work more scientific,accurate and orderly.
