摘 要:目的了解脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)疫苗免疫策略调整后泉州市6月龄-4岁健康儿童脊灰抗体水平。方法采用分层随机抽样在泉州市2个区(市)选取6月龄-4岁常住健康儿童,进行问卷调查并采集血清标本,采用微量细胞中和试验检测I型和III型脊灰中和抗体,分析抗体阳性率和几何平均滴度(Geometric mean titer,GMT)。结果在233名调查对象中,I型和III型脊灰中和抗体阳性率分别为98.71%和98.28%,GMT分别为1∶352.97和1∶175.47。6-11月龄、1岁、2岁、3岁、4岁儿童I型脊灰中和抗体阳性率分别为100%、97.96%、100%、96.30%、100%(Fisher精确概率法,P=0.519);III型脊灰中和抗体阳性率分别为100%、93.88%、97.87%、100%、100%(Fisher精确概率法,P=0.100)。结论脊灰免疫策略调整后泉州市6月龄-4岁健康儿童对I型和III型脊灰病毒具有良好的免疫屏障。Objective To determine poliovirus antibody levels among healthy children 6 months to 4 years of age after the change in polio immunization strategy in Quanzhou city.Methods We used a stratified random sampling technique to select healthy children aged 6 months to 4 years from two districts of Quanzhou for a questionnaire-based survey and blood sample collection. We tested sera for neutralizing antibodies against poliovirus(PV) types Ⅰ and Ⅲ by micro cell neutralization assay, and assessed sero-positivity and geometric mean titers(GMT).Results Among the 233 subjects, sero-positivity for PV types Ⅰ and Ⅲ were 98.71% and 98.28% with GMTs of 1∶352.97 and 1∶175.47, respectively. Positivity rates of neutralizing antibodies against PV type Ⅰ among 6-11-month-olds, 1-year-olds, 2-year-olds, 3-year-olds, and 4-year-olds were 100%, 97.96%, 100%, 96.30%, and 100%(Fisher's exact test, P=0.519), and against PV type Ⅲ were 100%, 93.88%, 97.87%, 100%, and 100%(Fisher's exact test, P=0.100).Conclusions The new polio immunization strategy provided a good immune barrier against PV types I and III for healthy children aged 6 months to 4 years in Quanzhou.
