摘　　要：目的了解云南省2015-2017年流行性腮腺炎(流腮)病例的经济负担。方法采用分层抽样方法选取云南省2015-2017年流腮病例,通过医院信息系统和访谈,收集患者发病期间的经济负担包括直接经济负担(直接医疗和非医疗费用)和间接经济负担,分析其影响因素。结果共调查云南省2015-2017年流腮病例98例,总经济负担为372882元(3805元/例),其中直接经济负担205623元(2098元/例)、间接经济负担为167258元(1707元/例)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,是否住院是流腮病例间接经济负担的影响因素。结论云南省2015-2017年流腮经济负担较重;需进一步降低流腮发病,加强基层医疗机构的诊疗能力。Objective To evaluate the economic burden of mumps during 2015-2017 in Yunnan province.Methods We used a stratified sampling method to select mumps cases reported during 2015-2017 in Yunnan. We determined direct costs(including medical costs and non-medical costs) and indirect costs of cases using Hospital Information System records and by interview. We determined factors influencing direct and indirect costs.Results We studied 98 mumps cases reported during 2015-2017 in Yunnan. Their total cost was 372 882 yuan(3 805 yuan per case);total direct cost was 205 623 yuan(2 098 yuan per case) and total indirect cost was 167 258 yuan(1 707 yuan per case). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that hospitalization was a factor influencing indirect cost of mumps.Conclusions The economic burden of mumps was substantial during 2015-2017 in Yunnan. We should reduce the incidence of mumps through vaccination and strengthen the capacity of diagnosis and treatment of mumps in primary medical institutions.
