摘　　要：目的了解云南省免疫规划(Expanded program on immunization, EPI)管理人员的心理健康状况。方法 2019年11月选择云南省所有市、县级EPI管理人员,开展SCL-90量表问卷调查,分析心理症状检出阳性率和量表得分。结果调查对象心理症状总检出阳性率为10.6%(15/141),9种心理症状阳性率在5.7%(精神病性)-48.9%(强迫)之间;SCL-90量表平均得分为135.78±29.52分,9种心理症状得分在1.31分(恐怖)-1.79分(强迫)之间。工作信心是影响调查对象心理症状阳性率的显著性因素。结论云南省EPI管理人员总体心理状况良好;需关注该人群的心理健康。Objective To determine the mental health status of Expanded Program on Immunization(EPI) managers in Yunnan province.Methods We recruited all EPI managers at prefectural and county levels in Yunnan in November 2019 to take the SCL-90(Symptom Checklist-90) survey to analyze the positivity rates of mental symptoms and the Scale scores.Results The overall positivity rate of mental symptoms was 10.6%(15/141);positivity rates for 9 mental symptoms ranged 5.7%(psychoticism) to 48.9%(obsessive-compulsive). The overall average SCL-90 score was 135.78±29.52 points;average scores for 9 mental symptoms ranged 1.31 points(fear) to 1.79 points(obsessive-compulsive). Work confidence significantly influenced the positivity of mental symptoms among subjects.Conclusions The EPI managers of Yunnan generally had good mental health status, but we should pay attention to their meatal health.
