摘　　要：LZ-9/1200直进式拉丝机减速机采用飞溅润滑方式,润滑效果不好是造成减速机轴承和齿轮损坏的一个主要原因。稀油集中润滑系统采用压力喷射润滑,能够保证拉丝机多个润滑点润滑效果,润滑系统电气自动控制使得减速机润滑管理更简单有效,降低了减速机故障和零件损耗。阐述LZ-9/1200直进式拉丝机采用稀油集中润滑系统的优点,稀油集中润滑系统的结构特点及工作原理;介绍稀油集中润滑系统电气控制功能。The reducer of LZ-9/1200 straight drawing machine adopts splash lubrication,lubrication effect is bad,and it is one of the main reasons for reducer bearing and gear damage;The thin oil lubrication system due to pressure spray lubrication is adopted,and can ensure multiple lubrication points of drawing machine to lubricate in time.Electrical automatic control of lubrication system makes the reducer lubrication management is simpler and more effective,and reduces speed reducer failure and loss of parts;This paper introduces structural features of thin oil centralized lubrication system of LZ-9/1200 straight drawing machine,the advantages of adopting thin oil centralized lubrication system and the electric control principle of thin oil centralized lubrication system.
