摘　　要：介绍GB/T 38803—2020《钢丝绳失效分析规范》制定任务来源和制定过程、标准制定的目的和意义,重点对适用范围、总体原则和人员能力要求、委托事项、现场勘查、样品及其保护、失效分析项目、失效分析方法、失效分析报告和失效分析残样保存进行解读。To introduce GB/T 38803—2020 Specification for failure analysis of steel wire ropes the source of task and process,and purpose and significance of standard.Focus on interpretation of scope of application,general principles and personnel requirements,commissions,site surveys,samples and their protection,failure analysis items,failure analysis methods,failure analysis reports,and failure analysis residual samples storage.
