压实股钢丝绳在卧式活套设备上的应用

摘　　要：冷轧厂卧式活套小车具有运行速度快、使用频率高、冲击力大等特点。针对摩擦轮牵引的卧式活套设备,国内用户选用线接触钢丝绳6×36WS-FC/IWRC、8×36WS-FC/IWRC,为了提高钢丝绳的耐疲劳、柔韧性能,部分用户采用同向捻、纤维芯钢丝绳,但使用前期均出现散股变形、结构伸长大等问题,造成钢丝绳早期报废。结合卧式活套的运行系统和钢丝绳自身的结构特点,从多方面进行改进,钢丝绳生产过程中涂覆增摩脂,通过压实股钢丝绳在卧式活套设备上进行试用,钢丝绳使用寿命明显提高。Horizontal looper trolley in cold rolling mill has characteristics of fast running speed,high frequency of use and great impact force.For horizontal looper equipment driven by friction wheel,domestic users adopt wire contact ropes,such as 6×36WS-FC/IWRC and 8×36WS-FC/IWRC.Meanwhile,in order to improve fatigue resistance and flexibility of wire ropes,some users adopt lang lay fiber core wire ropes.But there are some problems such as deformation of loose strands and extension of structure in early period of use,which lead to early discard of wire rope.Combined with operation system of horizontal looper and construction characteristics of wire rope,it is improved from many aspects.The service life of wire rope has been significantly improved through coated friction-increasing grease during wire rope production,and compacting strands of wire rope is used in horizontal looper equipment.
