摘　　要：目的:分析家庭医生签约居民履约行为的影响因素,为优质、高效地推进家庭医生签约服务提供参考。方法:基于安德森卫生服务利用行为模型,构建家庭医生签约居民履约行为理论框架,设计相应量表,对江苏省部分城市600位签约居民进行问卷调查,对其履约行为的影响因素进行回归分析。结果:医疗服务体系、家庭医生制度、外部环境、倾向特征、能力资源、需求等因素均与履约行为存在正相关关系。结论:推进家庭医生签约服务制度建设,完善配套政策,鼓励社会资本参与,提升家庭医生签约居民的履约行为。Objective To analyze the factors affecting the performance behavior of residents contracted by family doctors,and provide references and suggestions for promoting contracted family doctor services with high quality and efficiency.Methods Based on Anderson health service utilization behavior model,the author constructs the theoretical framework of the performance behavior of the residents contracted by family doctors,designs the corresponding scale,conducts a questionnaire survey among 600 contracted residents in some cities of Jiangsu Province,and makes a regression analysis on the influencing factors of its performance behavior.Results Medical service system,family doctor system,external environment,tendency characteristics,ability resources,demand and other factors were positively correlated with performance behavior.Conclusion It is necessary to promote the system construction of contracted family doctor services,perfect the supporting policies,encourage the participation of social capital,and improve the performance behavior of the residents contracted by family doctors.
