摘　　要：新医改以来,社会办医取得了长足发展,但同时也出现了发展不平衡的问题,主要原因是社会办医的经济运行监管机制缺失,相关政策在执行层面遭遇瓶颈。对此,要落实优惠政策,打破对社会办医的政策限制,完善社会办医经济运行监管机制,推动社会办医规范、健康、高质量发展。Since the new medical reform,the non-governmental hospital has made great progress,but at the same time,there is also have the unbalanced development problem,mainly due to the lack of economic operation supervision mechanism of non-governmental hospital,which makes the relevant policies encounter bottlenecks in the implementation level.In this regard,it is necessary to implement preferential policies,break the policy restrictions on non-governmental hospital,improve the economic operation supervision mechanism of non-governmental hospital,and promote the standardized,healthy and high-quality development of non-governmental hospital.
