摘  要:评价是基于实践的价值关系判断活动。大学生领导力教育要利用评价提高质量已成为国内外学术领域和实践领域的共识。审视当前大学生领导力教育评价价值取向,主要包括人本主义价值取向、功利主义价值取向和科学主义价值取向,呈现为以提高教育效率为目标的功利化导向。站在新的历史方位,大学生领导力教育评价需要继承现有理论基础,以立德树人为核心价值导向,实现个人需要与社会需要相统一、一元取向与多元取向相统一、事实判断与价值判断相统一的价值取向,形成能够适用和解释我国大学生领导力教育情境的评价模式。Evaluation is an activity of value relationship judgment based on practice,leadership education for college students to use evaluation to improve quality has become a consensus in the academic field and practice field.To examine the current value orientation of leadership education evaluation for college students,it mainly includes the value orientation of humanism,utilitarianism and scientism,appears as a utilitarian orientation with the goal of improving educational efficiency.Standing at a new historical juncture,Taking Strengthening Morality as the core value orientation,shifting to the value orientation of the unity of individual needs and social needs,the unity of monolithic and pluralistic orientations,and the unity of factual judgments and value judgments,to form a value orientation that can be applied and explained in our country’s specific college students’leadership education situation Evaluation mode.
