摘　　要：IEET技术教育认证是基于学生为中心制定教育目标和毕业生核心能力,在用人单位、校友、毕业生三方评价的基础上构建课程与教学方法并不断持续改进的过程;专业教学诊断与改进是提高人才培养质量的关键。黑龙江农业经济职业学院中药制药技术专业为国家健康服务类示范专业点、国家级高水平骨干专业,为提升专业内涵与国际影响力,以专业教育目标、教学成效与评量、课程组成、持续改进成效等9个方面规范要求,开展了基于成果导向的专业教学诊改实践,完成了专业教学诊断与改进的第一个循环。IEET technology education certification is a process of establishing curriculum and teaching methods based on the evaluation of employers,alumni and graduates,which is based on the student-centered education objectives and graduates’core competence.The diagnosis and improvement of professional teaching is the key to improve the quality of personnel training,In order to enhance the professional connotation and international influence,the professional team of Heilongjiang Agricultural Vocational College has carried out the practice of professional teaching reform based on the results oriented.
