摘  要:目的探讨对老年结核性胸膜炎疾病患者采用抗结核药物+胸腺肽药物进行治疗后获得临床效果。方法将该院2017年6月—2020年3月收治的124例老年结核性胸膜炎患者数字奇偶法分组,联合用药组(62例):采用抗结核药物+胸腺肽药物展开胸膜炎治疗;常规用药组(62例):采用抗结核药物展开胸膜炎治疗。就组间胸膜炎疗效数据、炎症因子水平以及胸腔积液完全吸收时间展开对比。结果联合用药组老年结核胸膜炎患者总有效率(95.16%)高于常规用药组(75.81%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.358,P<0.05)。治疗前,联合用药组老年结核性胸膜炎患者IL-10为(69.25±3.49)ng/L、IL-4为(41.02±2.02)ng/L、IL-2为(324.25±40.49)ng/L、INF-γ为(310.35±34.13)ng/L,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合用药组IL-10为(50.29±4.11)ng/L、IL-4为(30.23±3.13)ng/L、IL-2为(241.16±19.13)ng/L、INF-γ为(234.02±15.49)ng/L,低于常规用药组(56.63±3.21)、(35.69±4.15)、(280.49±21.03)、(272.25±18.13)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=9.573、8.271、10.893,12.624,P<0.05);联合用药组老年结核性胸膜炎患者胸腔积液完全吸收时间(22.55±3.46)d短于常规用药组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.745,P<0.05)。结论抗结核药物+胸腺肽药物联合应用,可使得老年结核性胸膜炎患者疗效显著增强,并同时将炎性因子水平改善,将胸腔积液完全吸收时间缩短,最终实现老年结核性胸膜炎患者有效预后。Objective To explore the clinical effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs+thymosin drugs in elderly patients with tuberculous pleurisy disease.Methods 124 cases of senile tuberculosis pleurisy patients admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to March 2020 were divided into groups by the digital parity method,combined medication group(62 cases):pleurisy treatment with anti-tuberculosis drugs+thymosin drugs;conventional medication group(62 cases):use anti-tuberculosis drugs to treat pleurisy.compared the efficacy data of pleurisy,the levels of inflammatory factors,and the time for complete absorption of pleural effusion between groups.Results The total effective rate(95.16%)of elderly tuberculosis pleurisy patients in the combined medication group was significantly higher than that in the conventional medication group(75.81%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.358,P<0.05);Before treatment,the IL-10 of the elderly patients with tuberculous pleurisy in the combined medication group was(69.25±3.49)ng/L,IL-4 was(41.02±2.02)ng/L,and IL-2 was(324.25±40.49)ng/L.INF-γwas(310.35±34.13)ng/L,and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the combined medication group’s IL-10 was(50.29±4.11)ng/L,IL-4 was(30.23±3.13)ng/L,IL-2 was(241.16±19.13)ng/L,INF-γwas(234.02±15.49)ng/L,which were lower than the conventional medication group(56.63±3.21)ng/L,(35.69±4.15)ng/L,(280.49±21.03)ng/L,(272.25±18.13)ng/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.573,8.271,10.893,12.624,P<0.05);the time for complete absorption of pleural effusion in elderly patients with tuberculous pleurisy in the combined medication group was(22.55±3.46)d shorter than that in the conventional medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.745,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of anti-tuberculosis drugs and thymosin drugs can significantly enhance the efficacy of elderly patients with tuberculous pleurisy,and at the same time improve the level
