用爆裂性眶壁骨折整复术治疗爆裂性眶壁骨折的效果探究

摘　　要：目的探究在对爆裂性眶壁骨折进行治疗时,选择爆裂性眶壁骨折整复术进行治疗的方式,评价其临床可用价值。方法将2017年4月—2019年5月作为该次研究时段,对该时段数据库基本资料进行分析后录入其中42例符合要求的爆裂性眶壁骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法将患者分为对照组与实验组,每组21例。对照组患者选择框壁上颌窦填充术进行治疗,实验组患者则选择爆裂性眶壁骨折整复术治疗方案对患者进行治疗,对两组患者的并发症发生率以及治疗优良率进行记录,分析组间差异。结果治疗完成后,两组患者的骨折恢复优良率良好,实验组患者的骨折恢复优良率为95.24%,对照组患者的骨折恢复优良率为66.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.860,P=0.049);实验组患者并发症发生率为4.76%,对照组的并发症发生率为33.33%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.860,P=0.049)。结论在对爆裂性眶壁骨折患者进行治疗时,选择手术方案能够获得良好的治疗效果,将爆裂性眶壁骨折整复术应用于爆裂性眶壁骨折患者的治疗中,患者的康复优良率良好,同时患者不会出现明显的不良反应,相较于框壁上颌窦填充术来说效果良好,临床可用性佳。Objective To explore the method of treatment of blowout orbital wall fractures,and evaluate its clinical value.Methods The period from April 2017 to May 2019 was used as the research period.After analyzing the basic data of the period database,42 patients with blowout orbital wall fractures meeting the requirements were entered as the research objects,and the patients were divided into groups according to the randomization method.Control group and experimental group,21 cases in each group.Patients in the control group chose frame wall maxillary sinus augmentation for treatment,and patients in the experimental group chose the treatment plan of blowout orbital wall fracture reconstruction to treat the patients.The complication rate and the excellent rate of treatment were recorded and analyzed differences between groups.Results After the treatment,the fracture recovery rate of the two groups was good.The fracture recovery rate of the experimental group was 95.24%,and the fracture recovery rate of the control group was 66.67%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.860,P=0.049);the complication rate in the experimental group was 4.76%,and the complication rate in the control group was 33.33%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.860,P=0.049).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with blowout orbital wall fractures,a good treatment effect can be obtained by choosing a surgical plan.Applying blowout orbital wall fracture reconstruction to the treatment of blowout orbital wall fractures,the patient’s recovery and excellent rate was good,and the patient will not have obvious adverse reactions.Compared with the maxillary sinus filling of the frame wall,the effect is good,and the clinical usability was good.
