摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹肠粘连松解术治疗粘连性肠梗阻效果差异研究分析。方法回顾性分析2017年12月—2019年2月在该院普外科诊治的非急性期粘连性肠梗阻患者70例,按照随机数表法分为观察组和参考组,各35例。参考组实施开腹肠粘连松解术治疗,观察组采取腹腔镜肠粘连松懈术治疗,对比两组治疗后并发症及生活方式变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组手术时间、疼痛消失与胃功能恢复时间水平均低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(t=72.718、2.979、28.048,P<0.05),观察组患者再发肠梗阻、切口感染、小肠漏、出血、腹膜炎小于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜肠粘连松解术治疗非急性期粘连性肠梗阻临床疗效改善明显、为临床治疗提供新的方向。Objective To investigate the difference between laparoscopic and open bowel adhesion lysis procedures in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods A retrospective analysis of 70 patients with non-acute adhesive intestinal obstruction diagnosed and treated in the hospital from December 2017 to February 2019 were divided into observation group and reference group with 35 cases each according to the random number table method.The reference group was treated with laparotomy intestinal adhesion lysis,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic intestinal adhesion lysis.The complications and lifestyle changes after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the operation time,pain disappearance and gastric function recovery time of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=72.718,2.979,28.048,P<0.05).Patients in the observation group recurred intestinal obstruction,incision infection,small intestinal leakage,and hemorrhage,peritonitis was smaller than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic bowel adhesion lysis in the treatment of non-acute adhesive intestinal obstruction has significant clinical efficacy,providing a new direction for clinical treatment.
