摘  要:研究了排胶温度、混炼时间、转子转速和混炼段数对氢化丁腈橡胶门尼粘度、硫化特性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,转子转速越高,混炼胶门尼粘度越大,混炼效果越差;混炼温度较高且混炼时间适中时,可获得较高MH,反之,MH较低;混炼温度越高且混炼时间越长,t90越短;混炼温度和混炼时间对拉伸强度和拉断伸长率的影响有限,但合适的混炼温度和混炼时间可保证胶料的混炼均匀性,同时还能保证硫化胶力学性能稳定。Effects of dump temperature, mixing time, rotor speed and mixing stages on Mooney viscosity, curing characteristics and mechanical properties of HNBR were studied in detail.The results showed that the higher the mixing speed was, the higher the Mooney viscosity of the compound was and the worse the mixing effect was.The minimum torque(ML) was big when the mixing temperature was high and the mixing time was appropriate, otherwise, the maxmum torque(MH) was low.The higher the mixing temperature was and the longer the mixing time was, the shorter the optimum curing time(t90) was.The effect of mixing temperature and mixing time on tensile strength and elongation at break was limited, but the mixing uniformity could be ensured by using the suitable mixing temperature and mixing time, at the same time, the stability of mechanical properties of the vulcanizate could also be ensured.
