摘　　要：颊针疗法是通过在面颊部特定穴位上的针刺或理疗来治疗全身疾病的一种微针诊疗技术,其学术思想基于全息理论,但其临床诊治原则却不限于全息理论。临床上将脊柱相关疾病学说与颊针疗法相结合,通过针刺脊柱穴或脊柱穴加靶点穴治疗脊柱相关性疾病,可收到较好的临床疗效。Buccal needle therapy is a kind of microneedle technology for diagnosis and treatment,which treats systemic diseases through acupuncture or physical therapy at specific points on the cheek. Its academic thought is based on holographic theory,but its clinical principle of diagnosis and treatment is not limited to the holographic theory. Clinically the combination of the theory of spine-related diseases and buccal needle therapy can obtain better clinical effect by acupuncture at spinal points or spinal points plus target points in the treatment of spine-related diseases.
