蒲黄散外敷联合常规医护措施治疗输液性静脉炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察蒲黄散外敷联合常规医护措施治疗输液性静脉炎的临床效果。方法:将104例热毒瘀结证患者随机分为对照组和观察组各52例。2组均采用硫酸镁湿热敷,以多磺酸粘多糖乳膏适量涂在患处,给予常规护理措施。观察组加予蒲黄散外敷,疗程均为5 d。治疗前与治疗第3天、第5天采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价疼痛程度,记录疼痛、肿胀、灼热等主要症状的消失时间。比较2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗第3天和第5天,2组VAS评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),观察组以上2个时间点的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组疼痛、肿胀、灼热消失时间均较对照组加快(P<0.01)。结论:在常规医护措施基础上采用蒲黄散外敷治疗输液性静脉炎,可明显减轻疼痛等症状,缩短病程,有较好的临床疗效。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of external application of Puhuang powder combined with routine medical measures on infusion phlebitis. Methods:A total of 104 patients with syndrome of heat toxin and stasis accumulation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 52 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with wet hot compress of magnesium sulfate, MPS cream applied to the affected area, and routine nursing measures. The observation group was additionally treated with external application of Puhuang powder. Both groups were treated for five days. Before treatment and on the third and fifth days of treatment,the severity of pain was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and the disappearance time of major symptoms such as pain,swelling and burning was recorded.The clinical effect was evaluated in the two groups. Results:After treatment,the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). On the third and fifth days of treatment,the VAS scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at two time points(P<0.01). The pain, swelling and burning disappeared faster in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Based on the treatment of routine medical measures,the additional external application of Puhuang powder for infusion phlebitis, can significantly reduce the pain and other symptoms,shorten the course of disease,and has a good clinical effect.
