摘 要:水貂是最重要的毛皮动物,但其遗传育种的研究进展较其他家畜慢。发达国家尤其是丹麦也只是开展了基于系谱的传统选择育种,尚未完成全基因组选择育种。我国是水貂养殖量最大的国家,因此选择育种对于加快遗传进展、提高生产效益和优化种质资源有着重大意义。文章综述了国内外关于水貂遗传育种的相关研究结果,并从水貂引种、重要经济性状的遗传机制、选择育种等方面进行了总结,分析了目前我国水貂选择育种的现况,阐述了我国今后进行水貂传统选择育种以及多貂场联合育种,并且应用商业芯片进行全基因组选择育种的可能性,以期为提高我国水貂群体的生产性能提供参考。Mink is the most important fur animal, but its genetic breeding research progress is slower than other livestock. Developed countries, especially Denmark, have only carried out the traditional selection breeding based on the pedigree information, but have not completed the whole genome selection breeding. China has the largest amount of mink breeding, so selective breeding is of great significances for accelerating genetic progress, improving production efficiency and optimizing breed resource. This paper summarized the related research results of mink genetics and breeding at home and abroad, and summarized the introduction of mink, genetic mechanism of important economic traits, selective breeding and so on. The present situation of selective breeding for minks in China was analyzed, and the possibility of traditional selective breeding for minks, combined breeding for multiple mink farms and whole-genome selective breeding with commercial microchips in the future were discussed, in order to improve the productivity of mink population in China.
